The restaurant Jean Leon opened in Beverly Hills, which gives this Gran Reserva its name, was always a gathering place for artists and nonconformists. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Aged for a minimum of 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging for at least three years in the cellar.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for around 19 days at a controlled temperature. Once maceration and fermentation have finished the barrel aging begins, which is when the malolactic fermentation takes place.
