The restaurant Jean Leon opened in Beverly Hills, which gives this Gran Reserva its name, was always a gathering place for artists and nonconformists.

In the painting that graces the 2016 vintage, August Rosell depicts a wide view of the iconic La Scala vineyard, with the winery in the background, nestled into the Penedès landscape. The colours and lush vegetation recall a late spring afternoon, the sky steeped in shades of pink and grey. An homage to the first vineyard Jean Leon and Jaume Rovira planted in 1963.

Ultimate expression of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, as well as its aging potential and correct evolution. A wine with an intense and complex aroma. Good tannic structure, great presence and length.
