This season, there’s a new gourmet space for skiers at the Grandvalira resort in Andorra to check out: The old Steak House in the Soldeu sector has been turned into the Wine & Meat Bar by Jean Leon. At this foodie spot, you can savor top quality products and pair them with all the wines from our range in a comfortable, warm, and very functional setting. You can also get there using the cable car, so you’ll be able to pay a visit without even having to get your skis on!
At the Wine & Meat Bar by Jean Leon, you can visit three gourmet spaces. There’s Colmado, which specializes in cuts of meat and made-to-order dishes, where you can sample everything from a wide range of premium cold cuts from brands such as Joselito to high-quality tinned products from brands such as La Catedral de Navarra, Espinaler, or Don Bocarte, as well as cheeses from the “Meilleur Ouvrier de France fromager,” Xavier of Toulouse.
Next up is the Josper area, where the grill is the focal point for cooking vegetables and prime cuts of meat such as Txogitxu and Wagyu beef and Cal Tomàs organic beef. There are also options for pork lovers, with a wide selection of Iberian pork from the brand Joselito.
The third space is the Wine bar, where visitors can get the real wine experience and where we talk about the Penedès through all of our wines: From the youngest 3055 range to experimental wines such as Sumoll, and also the Single Vineyard Wines such as Jean Leon Vinya Le Havre, Vinya Gigi, Vinya Palau, and Vinya La Scala.
Rosa Colet Studio was in charge of the interior design and succeeded in creating a 100% Jean Leon experience in this stunning setting. All of the materials chosen for the premises are a nod to the brand and the essence of Jean Leon, making it the perfect place to enjoy the best glass of wine.
