Deliri has been founded by David Morera, a culinarian with a great passion for cooking since his first years of life. Before founding his own restaurant, Morera toured various kitchens, such as Coure, where, in his own words, “the most important thing was food, always with the same values, a good product and a traditional cooking philosophy”.

David Morera followed this same philosophy when creating Deliri. By this name, this cooker wanted to capture a clear idea, that “delirium can always accompany a meal, be it for better or for worse, but without ever losing the north.” For this same reason, the symbol that identifies the restaurant is a compass.

When you go inside the restaurant, what is most striking is the dichotomy between the informal style of the restaurant, where the space, the waiters and the kitchen team present a casual style, and the gastronomic offer based on high-level cuisine. The restaurant’s differential value is its desire to transmit relaxation and calm while you are enjoying food.

Deliri is made up of a small team where all the members do everything and, above all, enjoy what they do: “we are passionate about our job,” says Morera.

Deliri’s gastronomic offer stands out for two aspects. In the first place, great importance is given to all the ingredients of each dish, which always appear differentiated, both at first glance and when enjoying the food and its flavor. The other characteristic element of this restaurant is its commitment to nature, that is, to seasonal or market cuisine In fact, Deliri offers a menu based on seasonal products that changes monthly. In addition, every week, David Morera presents off-the-menu dishes to customers according to his inspiration. Currently, the restaurant’s star dishes are two: “as a cold dish, the veal tartare and as a hot dish, the creamy red prawn rice”, according to David Morera himself.
